How It Works

    • Properties from $1.25M to $1.499,999: 

    Flat Fee of $12,500

    Properties over $1.5M+ 

    Starting from $15,000

    Example - 5% commission being charged for a $450,000 home

    • With the other guys:

     $450K x 5% = $22,500

      • Listing agent (2.5%) = $11,250
      • ​Buyers agent (2.5%) = $11,250
      • With Us:

       $450K x 2.5% + $5,000 = $16,250

      • Listing agent = $5,000
      • ​Buyers agent (2.5%) = $11,250

      The Commission Savings is 

       $6,250

      Example - 5% commission being charged for a $700,000 home

      • With the other guys:

       $700K x 5% = $35,000

        • Listing agent (2.5%) = $17,500
        • ​Buyers agent (2.5%) = $17,500
